Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of print-on-demand:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customers must raise an issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • If approved, we may offer:
    • Replacement product
    • Store credit
    • Refund (in certain cases)
